Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Jonathan Murphy has acquired 115,000 Ordinary Shares at 48.8p
· Jayne Cottam's spouse has acquired 62,830 Ordinary Shares at 47.75p
Following the transactions, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and Jayne Cottam (including Connected Persons) in the Ordinary Shares is 2,859,515 and 646,248 respectively.
