Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, confirms that, further to the announcement made on 3 October 2017, Andrew Darke stepped down from the Board effective 31 March 2018.

The remuneration disclosures required pursuant to section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be available on the Company's website as soon as amounts have been finalised.
