Pichler has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 20 April
2005.



Peter is a Chartered Accountant providing strategic business consultancy to the
offshore finance industry.  He recently retired as Chief Executive of Deutsche
Bank's Offshore Group, with extensive experience in offshore financial services
in multiple jurisdictions.  He also has a background in Finance, Operations and
IT with major international banks in both Jersey and Canada.
