Major Shareholding



On 9 February 2007 Jupiter Asset Management Limited ('Jupiter') notified Assura
that it holds 17,482,500 Ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 7.471%
of the issued share capital of Assura.  The shares are held on behalf of the
Jupiter Income Fund.  Jupiter does not hold any shares beneficially, but holds
them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
