Investec Investment Management Limited that Temple Bar Investment Trust plc are
the beneficial holder of 4,300,000 Ordinary 10p shares in the relevant share
capital of the Company, representing 3.020% of that class.



All of the shares in the above holding are registered in the name of HSBC Global
Custody Nominee (UK) Limited.
