The Board of MPIF announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held
earlier today, the Special Resolution to change the name of the Company to
Assura Group Limited, was duly passed.

The application to formally change the name will be put before the Royal Court
of Guernsey on 27 October 2006 and a further announcement will be made following
this.
