      Admission of New Ordinary Shares and Completion of the Acquisitions



MPIF announces that, following the admission, earlier today, of 90,272,149 New
Ordinary Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, the Acquisitions
have now been completed.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as in the
Prospectus which was sent to Shareholders on 13 April 2006.
