Medical Property Investment Fund Limited ('MPIF' or the 'Company')

The Board of MPIF has noted the recent press comment and confirms it is in
discussions with Apollo Medical Partners to acquire a portfolio of properties
for an aggregate consideration of £47.275 million.  A further announcement will
be made in due course.
