Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors in the Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares"), which took place on 19 December 2022.

Long-term Incentive Plan awards - adjustment to take account of the £654m equity capital raise

On 14 December 2022, the Remuneration Committee approved an adjustment to the number of shares outstanding under the Long-term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards granted to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in June 2022, to take account of the Company's  654 million equity capital raise, which was completed in September 2022 .  The tables below show the additional shares under those awards following the adjustment that was actioned by deed on 19 December 2022.

The LTIP awards were the 2022 grant (grant date of 13 June 2022), and are in-line with the Remuneration Policy approved in 2022, and as disclosed in the 2021 Directors' Remuneration Report.
