AstraZeneca PLC announced today that copies of resolutions passed at its Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2009, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, have been filed with the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.3 of the Listing Rules and will be available for viewing at the UKLA document viewing facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
