PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT





AstraZeneca PLC announced today the publication of its Annual Report and Form
20-F Information 2007, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2008 and Shareholders'
Circular, and Shareholder Letter.  Copies of the documents have been filed with
the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and
are available for viewing at the UKLA document viewing facility at 25 The North
Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.  The documents are also available on
the Company's website www.astrazeneca.com and are being despatched to
shareholders from today.
