Filing of NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Riotinto Copper Project
Atalaya (AIM: ATYM, TSX: AYM), the European mining and development company, announces the release of a technical report on the Mineral Resources and Reserves of Riotinto Copper Project ("Proyecto Riotinto"), as of September 2016. The report has been compiled in accordance with the guidelines set out in Canadian National Instrument ("NI") 43-101.
The lead author of the technical report is Alan C. Noble P.E., who is a "Qualified Person" within the meaning of NI 43-101 and the AIM rules for Companies, and is independent of the Company. The Report has been filed under the Company's profile on SEDAR on a voluntary basis, as contemplated under section 4.2(12) of the Companion Policy NI 43-101, at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.atalayamining.com. The report has not being filed as a result of a requirement of NI 43-101.
