Change of ISDX Corporate Adviser

Equatorial Mining & Exploration Plc, an ISDX listed solid minerals exploration company, announces the engagement of Alexander David Securities Limited ("ADSL") as the Company's ISDX Corporate Adviser with immediate effect.

Nicholas Nelson, Chairman, commented:

"Our outgoing adviser, Alfred Henry Corporate Finance, has provided us with an exemplary service since we joined the PLUS market around four years ago and today's change is entirely linked to the pivotal work done by ADSL in bringing Lagos based GTI Capital Ltd to our table.

"ADSL was engaged last November as our broker and it makes sense that we now combine the roles of Corporate Adviser and broker as we advance our fund raising plans with GTI Capital."
