Eastinco Mining and Exploration plc (LSE: ATN), the critical and strategic metal-focused exploration and development company, announces that, following the completion of the acquisition of Aterian Resources Limited and Admission to the Main Market of London Stock Exchange, the name of the Company has been changed from Eastinco Mining and Exploration plc to Aterian plc with immediate effect.
