Directorate Appointment

The Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Brett Clark to the board as a non-executive director.

Mr Clark has 25 years of experience in the energy and natural resources sectors in funding, advisory and capital development.  His experience includes the US, European and Asian capital markets, encompassing considerable structured debt, equity and mezzanine transactions for both private and public companies globally. His capital development and operational experience covers gold, copper, nickel, coal, iron ore, industrial minerals and upstream oil and gas across a number of continents.

His present role is Managing Partner of New York head quartered investment banking firm Doonbeg Group, Inc. and he runs the Asian Capital Markets office.
