Further to the Placing and Admission to Trading in the PLUS Market

On 28^th April 2011, the Company published an Admission Document pursuant to the Placing to raise £750,000.

A single placee who had committed to investing £25,000, has not fulfilled on his obligation. Accordingly the Gross Proceeds receivable by the Company pursuant to the Placing are £725,000 with the net proceeds at £680,000.
