'Substantial Loss' Expected

Further to the loss in the last financial year and following
a  review  by  the  Directors of the Company's  trading  and
future prospects the Company now expects a substantial  loss
in  the  first  half  of  the current  financial  year.   In
consequence  of  these past and anticipated  losses  it  has
become clear to the Directors that it will be necessary  for
the Company to raise further funds before this calendar year-
end  in  order  to have sufficient working capital  for  its
ongoing   requirements.   The  Directors  are  investigating
various  options and expect to make a further  statement  in
due course.
