Further to the announcement of 25th October 2000 regarding the                
appointment of Mr Paul Scandrett as an executive director of the              
Company, it is confirmed that Mr Scandrett has not held any other             
directorships during the last five years and has nothing to declare           
in relation to paragraphs 6F2(b)-(g) of the Listing Rules.
