Appointment of Director

                    Manpower Software plc ('the Company')                     

The Company announces that Mr Paul Scandrett has been appointed as Product
Director, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the Company's
software products, and the strategic direction and marketing of new products.

Mr Scandrett has been an employee of the Company since 1995 and has held
several senior positions during this time, including Head of Product
Development and Senior Sales Executive.

Most recently, Mr Scrandrett has carried out the Company's strategy in the
Maritime Sector, which has led to successful business being won from P&O
Cruises Limited and Sun Cruises Limited
