Appointment of New Non-Executive Director
The Directors of Manpower Software plc are pleased to announce the appointment
to the Board of Mr Mark Loveland as a Non-Executive Director, effective today.
Mark Jeremy Stephen Loveland is 51 years old. He holds a degree in
Jurisprudence from Oxford University and has had considerable experience in the
support and development of technology companies.
From 1981 to 1996, Mr Loveland held positions within Rowe & Pitman and SG
Warburg, including Head of UK Technology Research, Head of Telecoms Research,
Head of UK Electricity Privatisation Research and Deputy Chairman of the Small
and Mid-Cap Group. From 1996 to 2000, he was Head of European Technology
Research at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. From 2000 to 2002, he was Head of
European IT Equity Research and Head of European Technology Strategy for JP
Morgan Investment Bank.
