                      MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")

                               AWARD OF CONTRACT


Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce that the Defence Medical Services
(DMS), which consists of over 7,000 regular uniformed medical personnel, have
signed a new perpetual licence which will extend their use of MAPS Defence
Suite.

This new licence contract will allow DMS to exploit key data sourced from the
new Joint Personnel Administration System and will enable them to take full
advantage of the Force Generation capabilities available in the new version of
MAPS Defence Suite.
