                              AWARD OF CONTRACT


Manpower Software plc, the leading provider of workforce management and
e-rostering solutions, is pleased to announce that the Cambridge and
Peterborough NHS Trust has selected MAPS Healthroster Solution for Trust-wide
deployment following a detailed tender process. The Trust will use MAPS
Healthroster to more effectively manage its nursing workforce, helping to make
significant cost savings, while maintaining safe levels of nursing and staff
morale.

This new contract win extends the total number of NHS Trusts in England and
Wales which are now working with Manpower Software plc to thirty one, in
addition to the contract with healthcare provider HCA International Ltd, the
largest private hospital group in the capital.

Sixteen new NHS Trust contracts have now been signed with Manpower Software plc
in the current financial year (i.e. since 1st June 2007).
