MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")

AWARD OF CONTRACTS

Manpower Software plc is delighted to announce that the following NHS Trusts have awarded new contracts during the Company's first quarter ended 31 August 2008 for the purchase of MAPS Healthroster, the electronic rostering solution.  

• Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust

• West Suffolk Hospital NHS Trust

• Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

• Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

These awards bring the total number of new customers this quarter for MAPS Healthroster to 10 NHS Trusts, which compares to 23 for the entire previous fiscal year 2007/08.  MAPS Healthroster has now been selected by 48 NHS Trusts.

Key to choosing MAPS Healthroster was its ease of use, rich functionality and its growing reputation within NHS Trusts across the country.

Derbyshire County NHS Primary Care Trust awarded a new contract for the purchase of Bank Staff Management Solution (BSMS), the temporary staffing solution.  In addition, NHS Tayside went live with its recent BSMS installation.

The award of these contracts brings the total number of NHS Trusts which have selected BSMS to 103.
