AWARD OF DIRECTOR'S SHARE OPTIONS
Manpower Software announces the following in respect of share options awarded to
a Director of the Company.
Mr Ian Bowles has been awarded, effective 2nd May 2008, an option to acquire
250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Enterprise
Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme"). The option is exercisable at 53p
per share between 2 May 2011 and 1 May 2018.
As a result, Mr Bowles now holds the following share options:
