                       AWARD OF DIRECTOR'S SHARE OPTIONS



Manpower Software announces that on 28 September 2004 Mr Richard Morgan-Evans
was awarded an option to acquire 340,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme
").  These options are exercisable at 32p per share between 28 September 2006
and 27 September 2014.



As a result of this award, Mr Morgan-Evans now holds the following share
options:
