        Appointment of Mr Richard Morgan-Evans as Non-Executive Director



The Company announces today that Mr Richard Morgan-Evans now becomes a
non-executive Director of the Company.



Mr Morgan-Evans has been an Executive Director of the Company since June 2004
and was appointed Group Managing Director in September 2004.  In January 2006,
Richard sustained a serious injury from which he has since recovered.  However,
in accordance with medical advice received, Richard has decided reluctantly it
is no longer appropriate for him to return to work full time.  Accordingly, he
has resigned his position as Group Managing Director, though he will remain a
valuable member of the Board in his role as non-executive Director.



Mr Terry Osborne, Chairman, commented:  "We are delighted that Richard has
recovered from his injury and will remain on the Board.  Richard has huge
experience in international sales, partner development and implementation
services, gained at senior level within enterprise software companies.  We look
forward to his continuing contribution to the strategic development of the Group
as we move forward through the next stage of our growth.  We will begin the
search for a replacement Managing Director shortly."
