SHARE PURCHASE



Allen Swann, a senior advisor to the Company, purchased on 10 April 2007 100,000
ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.7p per
share and on 11 April 2007 a further 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
63.25p per share.  As a result of this purchase, Mr Swann beneficially holds
600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.35% of the Company's issued share
capital.
