                       DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Allen Swann, a senior advisor to the Company, purchased on 30 July 2007 200,000
ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.5p per
share.  As a result of this purchase, Mr Swann beneficially holds 900,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 2.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
