The Company was notified on 19 February 2011 that on 18 February 2011 Richard King, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 90 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Richard King remains interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
