The Company was notified that on 17 October 2012 Chris Gale, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 13,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 77.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Chris Gale is interested in 13,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
