The Company was notified on 07 October 2013, that 1,119,000 ordinary shares in the Company in which Allen Swann is interested were sold at an average price of 101.8p pence per share.

Following this transaction, Allen Swann is interested in nil ordinary shares and retains an interest in 700,000 share options under the Company's share option plans.
