Ian Bowles, Chief Executive Officer, has today advised the Company that he has
purchased in the US the following ordinary shares of 5p in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares"):

18 September 2007      43,500               US $1.064 (equivalent to 52.9p)



As a result of these purchases, Mr Bowles beneficially holds 98,500 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
