                       AWARD OF DIRECTORS' SHARE OPTIONS

Manpower Software announces the following in respect of share options awarded to
Directors of the Company.

Mr Terry Osborne has been awarded today an option to acquire 500,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme.  This option is exercisable at 25.5p per share between 27
March 2009 and 26 March 2016.

This award represents Mr Osborne's total interest in share options in the
Company.

Mr Richard Morgan-Evans has been awarded today an option to acquire 300,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Unapproved
Executive Share Option Scheme.  This option is exercisable at 25.5p per share
between 27 March 2009 and 26 March 2016.

As a result of this award, Mr Morgan-Evans now holds the following share
options:

Mr Simon Thorne has been awarded today an option to acquire 200,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Enterprise Management
Incentive Scheme.  This option is exercisable at 25.5p per share between 27
March 2009 and 26 March 2016.

On 24 March 2006, Mr Thorne renounced share option entitlements in respect of
47,625 share options issued at 83.52p and 11,844 share options issued at 55.97p.

As a result, Mr Thorne now holds the following share options:
