                             DIRECTOR'S SHARE PURCHASES


Further to the Company's announcement dated 20 March 2007, Ian Bowles, who will
become Chief Executive Officer of the Company in May 2007, has today advised the
Company that he has purchased in the US the following ordinary shares of 5p in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

19 March 2007            5,000               US $1.06 (equivalent to 53.8p)
19 March 2007            45,000              US $1.055 (equivalent to 53.6p)

As a result of these purchases, Mr Bowles beneficially holds 50,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
