SCHEDULE 11 - NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been notified that Non-Executive Director Mr J Debnam has
acquired today an additional 150,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company
(representing 1.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital) at 35p per
share, resulting in an aggregate shareholding of 535,800 shares (representing
3.92 per cent of the Company's issued share capital).
