                           Director's share purchase

Simon Thorne, finance director,  has today acquired 42,000 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') each at a price of
8.75 pence per share.  Simon Thorne is now interested in 757,083 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.71 per cent of the issued share capital.
