                      APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Manpower Software plc announces the appointment to the Board of Mr Andrew Robert
Douglas Pringle CB CBE as a Non-Executive Director, effective 18 March 2004.

Mr Pringle was formerly Chief of Staff at the UK's Permanent Joint Headquarters
("PJHQ"), responsible for the direction of all UK military operations jointly
carried out by the three armed services (Army, Navy, Air Force). He retired in
2001 with the rank of Major General. Previously, Mr Pringle was commissioned
into The Royal Green Jackets and has commanded military operations at every
level from Platoon to Division, both for the UK Army and for multi-national
forces overseas.

Mr Pringle brings to Manpower Software plc his broad military experience,
including service in the Ministry of Defence, the Assessments Staff of the Joint
Intelligence Committee, and, while at PJHQ, three years at the heart of the
planning and conduct of UK operations worldwide, including Bosnia, Kosovo,
Albania, Macedonia, Iraq, East Timor and Sierra Leone. Mr Pringle is 57 years
old.

Mr Pringle has been awarded options over 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company, exercisable at 45p per share between 18 March 2006 and 17 March
2014.

Mr Pringle is also a director of AP Joint Solutions Limited. Other than this,
the Company confirms that Mr Pringle has not held any directorships in other
companies or been a partner in any partnerships during the last five years and
has no details to disclose in respect of paragraphs (f) (iii)-(viii) of Schedule
2 of the AIM Rules.
