Allocate Software plc (AIM: ALL), the leading provider of workforce and compliance optimisation solutions, advises that as disclosed at the time of its preliminary results, Richard Morgan-Evans has now formally resigned as a director of the Company.

Ian Bowles, Chief Executive of Allocate commented: "The Board would like to thank Richard for his years of service to Allocate, not only serving as a member of the Board of Directors in recent years but also serving as Chief Executive Officer prior to that. During his tenure the Company has grown significantly and has enjoyed considerable commercial and financial success. We wish him well in his retirement."
