Exercise of Share Options & Director Shareholdings

On 20 February 2014, the Company issued 600,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 600,000 options under the Company's Unapproved share option scheme, by Ian Bowles, who subsequently sold 476,968 shares at a price of 116 pence per share, thereby retaining 123,032 of the resulting shares issued.  Following this transaction, Ian Bowles is interested in 802,730 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
