             MSW TECHNOLOGY PLC ('The Company')
                              
                       PROGRESS REPORT

Following the Board restructuring of the Company announced
on 1 October 1999, the Directors have conducted an initial
review of the business and they conclude that sales
prospects are strong and improving, although it is
recognised that the precise timing of contract completions
remains uncertain.

The Board recognises that there are major areas for
improvement and therefore has initiated a fundamental review
of the Company's strategy, method of operations and cost
base and will make financial provisions for changes that may
result from this review.

Mr Ross McBeath, former Managing Director of the Company,
has ceased to be a director and an employee of the Company.
