MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company has today been notified that following the sale on 29 May 2002 of
375,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company by clients of Electra Quoted
Management Limited ("EQML"), EQML has a total interest in 1,768,750 ordinary 5p
shares in the Company, representing 4.00 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
The shares are registered in the name of Clydesdale Bank (Custodian Nominees)
Limited a/c ESP.
The shares are held for the following clients:
Electra Select Performance A LP
Electra Select Performance B LP
Electra Select Performance C LP
EQML has an interest in these ordinary shares as a result of its investment
management activities for its clients, including its right to vote in respect of
the shares.
