The Company was notified on 31 July 2003 that, following the sale of 840,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Finsbury
Technology Trust PLC has a total holding of 3,427,950 Ordinary Shares,
representing 7.75 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
