NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

Manpower Software has been notified today that following the sale of 250,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 August 2003,
Marlborough Special Situations Fund now holds 1,750,000 ordinary shares
representing 3.96 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee UK Limited
a/c 764685.
