MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")

NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company has been notified today that Jupiter Asset Management Limited is now
interested in 3,980,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares"),
representing 9.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited do not hold any Shares beneficially but hold
them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
