MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company has been notified today that The Electricity Supply Pension Scheme
has sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares"). As a
result of this sale, The Electricity Supply Pension Scheme no longer has a
notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
The Shares beneficially held by The Electricity Supply Pension Scheme were held
on its behalf by Jupiter Asset Management Limited ("JAML"). The Shares have been
re-allocated by JAML internally, following which JAML retains an aggregate
interest in 4,480,000 Shares, representing 10.13 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital.
Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any Shares beneficially but holds
them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
