                    Notification of major interest in shares

The Company received notification on 9 September 2005 that, as a result of the
purchase of 504,000 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on
7 September 2005, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited now holds 3,239,524 Ordinary
Shares, representing 7.29% of the Company's issued share capital.

Gartmore Investment Limited holds 1,578,061 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.55%
of the Company's issued share capital.

The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 4,817,585 Ordinary Shares,
representing 10.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
