MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company")


NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES


The Company has received notification today that, on 17 April 2007, Gartmore
Investment Limited disposed of 700,000 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares")
in the Company.



As a result:



Gartmore Fund Mangers Limited now holds 3,514,524 Ordinary Shares, representing
7.9% of the Company's issued share capital;



Gartmore Investment Limited holds 3,016,194 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.8%
of the Company's issued share capital.



The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 6,530,718 Ordinary Shares,
representing 14.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
