Manpower Software plc announces that its annual report and accounts in respect
of the year ended 31 May 2004 together with the notice of annual general meeting
("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 5 November 2004.  The AGM will be held
at 11.00 am on 29 November 2004 at the Company's offices at The Communications
Building, 1st Floor, 48 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LU.
