                                   Fourth Quarter sees strong Contract wins across
                                          Healthcare, Maritime and Defence

Allocate  Software plc (AIM: ALL), the leading provider of workforce optimisation solutions, announces 12 new contract
wins in its fourth quarter ended 31 May 2009.

Healthcare  continues to grow steadily, with the addition of seven contracts in the UK for MAPS Healthroster  and  one
for  BSMS (Bank Staff Management Solution).  In addition, there has been further expansion in the Malaysian healthcare
market  with  a new contract win for MAPS Healthroster. There have also been two contract wins in the Maritime  sector
and one contract win that has considerable strategic importance in the Defence sector.

Healthcare
Seven  NHS  Trusts,  along with one private healthcare provider have awarded new contracts for the  purchase  of  MAPS
Healthroster,  the electronic rostering solution, bringing the total contracts awarded for MAPS Healthroster  in  this
sector in the financial year to 31 May 2009 to 46 whilst overall, there are now 81 NHS Trust customers.

The  UK  NHS Trusts which awarded new contracts are: Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, University
Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Southampton City Primary
Care  Trust, Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Suffolk Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and West,
East and North Hertfordshire PCT.

MAPS  Healthroster  has  also  been selected by the Penang Adventist Hospital, a private  healthcare  organisation  in
Malaysia.   The hospital currently has over 260 beds and 912 staff.  The e-rostering solution will be utilised  across
all  clinical  staff groups.  The Penang Adventist Hospital is part of an international network of some  400  not-for-
profit hospitals, clinics and dispensaries worldwide operating under the Adventist Health Network.

Key  to  choosing  MAPS  Healthroster is its ability to provide a better understanding of  demand  versus  supply  of
clinical  staff,  how  this is balanced against efficient use of budgets and how it helps reduce  the  administrative
burden for HR, clinical and payroll staff.

In  addition  to  the  new  customers  for MAPS Healthroster, Allocate Software is  also  pleased  to  announce  South
Warwickshire  General  Hospitals  NHS Trust as a new customer for its market leading Bank  Staff  Management  Solution
(BSMS), the temporary staffing solution.

BSMS  was  chosen  due to its ability to empower NHS Trusts by automating the planning of bank and agency  staff  and
reporting  across  hospitals.  It helps to improve continuity of care, eases management  reporting,  saves  time  and
reduces errors, whilst promoting regulatory compliance and improving financial returns.

The  award  of these contracts brings the total number of NHS Trusts which have selected BSMS to 111.  The  Company's
combined  Healthcare  customer  base  has now reached over 180 NHS Trusts in  the  UK  and  four  Private  Healthcare
providers, of which three are overseas.

Maritime
Maersk  Oil  Qatar AS ("MOQ") has selected MAPS Maritime Suite to manage its offshore personnel across all production
operations  including  platforms, drilling rigs, offshore accommodation vessels, and storage vessels.   The  solution
will  improve  effectiveness,  streamline tasks and integrate personnel data  to  optimise  performance  of  offshore
operations  ensuring  compliance with health and safety policies.  MAPS Maritime Suite will  replace  MOQ's  multiple
sources  of personnel movement information with a single integrated system for both shoreside and offshore operations
for the scheduling of personnel.  It will allow managers to have a consolidated, real-time accurate view of personnel
on  board, accommodation and lifeboat availability on any offshore location.  This is of major importance to  MOQ  in
helping them to maintain the highest quality in health and safety compliance across the Al Shaheen oil field.

Also, one of the world's leading organisations in family entertainment has placed an order with Allocate Software for
MAPS  Maritime Suite and implementation services for their cruise line.  The client made the choice of MAPS  Maritime
Suite  after  an  open  selection  process  and an exhaustive evaluation of potential  suppliers  and  their  product
solutions.  The  requirements  include a system to improve the productivity and  efficacy  of  their  shoreside  crew
planners and to provide an effective job scheduling solution for both their current and future cruise liners.  Key to
this  customer's choosing of MAPS Maritime Suite was its "out-of-the-box" functionality, the flexibility to customise
the solution to meet precise requirements and the strength of Allocate Software as a reliable, professional and solid
supplier.

Defence
The Company announces that NATO has entered into a new contract to extend again its use of MAPS Defence Suite.

The  current situation facing NATO is dynamic, with changing missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and against Somali pirates
for example.  This necessitates an ability to manage, monitor and amend the member nations' commitments in real-time,
helping  the  Supreme  Commander to ensure that all nations share the overall burden in an  equitable  manner.   MAPS
Defence Suite was originally contracted for Force Generation by the Deputy Supreme Commander in 2006.

NATO's decision reinforces the strategic importance that MAPS Defence Suite has within NATO and its member countries.
Our expanding NATO Force Generation solution, combined with the other MAPS Defence Suite implementations in Personnel
and  Special  Forces,  now gives Allocate Software a strategic position within the overall NATO  Operational  Command
activities in SHAPE (Strategic Headquarters Allied Powers Europe).
