ALLOCATE SOFTWARE PLC

Third Quarter Contract Wins
Allocate Software plc (AIM: ALL), the leading provider of workforce and compliance optimisation solutions, announces the following contract wins for its third quarter ended February 28th 2011.
Healthcare
The Healthcare division continued to make good progress in the period.
Key highlights include:
§ 2 new contract wins for Healthroster, the e-Rostering application, increasing the total NHS e-Rostering customer base to 133 Trusts. In addition to the 133, Healthroster had also been sold to 1 private Healthcare organisation in the UK, 2 Healthcare organisations in the USA, 1 in New Zealand, 2 in Malaysia and a State-wide agreement in Australia
§ 6 NHS Trusts and 1 private healthcare institution extended their Healthroster licences in terms of time and/or in the addition of further product
§ 6 new customer wins for Dynamic Change plus a number of contract extensions from existing customers including 1 Primary Care Trust.
§ 3 new customer wins for Time Care in Sweden plus a significant number of contract extensions, both in terms of time and additional product
New contracts awarded during the first half for Healthroster were as follows:
§ South East Health and Social Care Board Northern Ireland
§ Croydon Healthcare Services Trust (formerly May Day)
Defence
§ The Defence team closed a very important contract extension with the Australian Army. In addition, we signed contracts for the previously announced major NATO APMS project - no significant revenues from this agreement will contribute to this financial year
Ian Bowles, Chief Executive Officer of Allocate commented:
"We have closed a material number of contracts in the NHS with Healthroster and other products, such as those from Dynamic Change. In addition, Time Care in Sweden continues to perform to expectation. Our Healthcare business in Australia continues to make progress in line with management expectations and I am also very pleased that we received an order from the Australian Army to further extend the use of our products.
Our business in the UK continues well in terms of demand for Healthroster and our other products. However, despite these activity levels we have observed a slowing of final contract signatures in the approval cycle that has impacted the number of deals recorded this quarter in the UK NHS.
We have a robust pipeline of transactions in hand; and as usual our ability to meet the full year expectations will be influenced by the speed of closure of the multiple transactions in the pipeline. Our expectations for the full year, however, remain unchanged."
